Sattu

A healthy summer drink made with roasted gram flour. Roasted black chickpea flour is also known as chane ka sattu.

Ingredients:

  • Sathu powder(roasted bengal gram) - 1 tsp

  • Coriander power - 1 tsp

  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp

  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice - 3 tsp

  • Green chili chopped - 1 tsp

  • Ginger chopped - 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tsp

  • Water - 1 glass

Instructions:

  1. Take 1 glass of water, to it add sattu powder and mix well

  2. Add cumin, coriander powder

  3. Add black salt, salt, lemon juice

  4. Now add chopped green chili, ginger and coriander leaves

  5. Mix everything well and serve cool
