A healthy summer drink made with roasted gram flour. Roasted black chickpea flour is also known as chane ka sattu.

Total time : 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Sathu powder(roasted bengal gram) - 1 tsp
Coriander power - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 3 tsp
Green chili chopped - 1 tsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tsp
Water - 1 glass
Instructions:
Take 1 glass of water, to it add sattu powder and mix well
Add cumin, coriander powder
Add black salt, salt, lemon juice
Now add chopped green chili, ginger and coriander leaves
Mix everything well and serve cool
