Bora chaul (sticky rice) soaked in water is steamed in banana leaf. The cooked rice is then served with yogurt or chicken curry.

Prep time : 10 minutes
Process time : 60 minutes
Total time : 70 minutes
Sticky Rice - 1 cup
Banana leaf - 1
Water - 2 cup
Wash and soak the sticky rice for 1/2 and hour
Strain the soaked water and place the rice on banana leaf
Keep the leave on steam plate and steam them for 1 hour
Once the rice is steam, the cooked rice will be sticky
Serve them with curd
