Boiled & peeled potato - 2
Onion - 1
Dried red chili - 3
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - to fry
Deep fry the chopped onion until brown, strain and keep aside
Fry dried red chili until crip and keep aside
Boil and skin peel potatos and mash it with salt
Now add the fried onion to the mashed potato, crush the fried red chili
Mix altogether ad=nd shape into small size round
Serve with rice
