Alsi Ki Pinni Flaxseed Laddo from Indian state Haryana

One of the super and quick and healthy recipe. Which can be done within few minutes.

You can store this laddo in air tight jars and store in fridge for 1 month

Ingredients:

  • Flax seeds - 1 cup

  • Jaggery syrup - 1/2 cup

  • Nuts - 1/4 cup

  • Ghee - 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, dry roast flax seeds, transfer to mixer jar, allow to cool down to room temperature, grind to fine powder

  2. In other pan, add ghee, nuts and roast the nuts and transfer to plate and keep aside

  3. In the same pan, add ghee again, add flax seed powder and roast it again

  4. Add fried nuts to the powder and mix

  5. When it turns to room temperate , roll into small size and store in air tight jars
