This dish is just mixed steamed vegetables with tomato and ginger added for flavouring. This dish is served hot with rice. It is very easily available and a convenient option for vegetarians in Mizoram. It is a very nutritional dish made with vegetables like cabbage, carrots, broccoli, etc.

Chhum Han
Course : Soup
Cuisine : Indian
Prep time : 10 minutes
Process time : 10 minutes
Total time : 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
carrot - 1/4 cup
Turnip - 1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1 /4 cup
Salt - as per taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Water - 3 cups
Instructions:
Boil water in stock pot, then add all the vegetables to it
Then add salt and pepper powder, mix
Cover and boil until vegetables are cooked
Serve hot
