Fish recheado is a Goan dish but the word recheado means stuffed in Portuguese.
Most important, the fish masala should be grinded with toddy vinegar not by water while grinding

Fish RECHEADO

Ingredients:
Fish(sliced) - 1
Byadagi chili - 4
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 4
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Toddy Vinegar - 3 tsp
Onion(char) - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Semolina - 3 tsp
Instructions:
Wash the fish well with salt and keep aside
In a bowl add byadagi chili, pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, ginger-garlic, cinnamon, cloves chared onion, turmeric powder, sugar, toddy vinegar and salt, marinate it for 1 hour and grind to fine paste
Apply this paste on fish slices , marinate again for 15 minutes, then coat them in semolina and fry them
Serve hot
