Komolar Kheer is a very fresh and zesty Assamese dessert. In plain kheer, ingredients like orange juice, orange pulp, and almonds are added. This dessert is tangy and gives out a perfect orange flavour.
Note : Always add orange pulp when the milk is in normal cool temperature, if orange is added in warm or hot milk, milk will get curdle.

Milk - 1 cup
Orange pulp - 1
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Nuts chopped - 1/4 cup
Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan, until it reduces half
Now add sugar and boil it again
Add chopped nuts into it and boil again until nuts are cooked
Cool down the milk completely by keeping it in fridge for few hours
Now add orange pulp and mix
