Poori is a very popular breakfast dish in India. It is unleavened deep-fried bread that can be eaten for breakfast, a snack, or a light meal. It is served with delicious curry on the side.
To make it more flavor and healthy just add spinach puree to the flour and make flour.

Palak Poori - Madhya pradesh

Ingredients:
Palak / spinach - 1/2 bunch
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Green chili - 3
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - as required
Oil - to fry
Instructions:
In a mixer jar, add clean and washed palak leaves with green chilies and ginger, grind to smooth paste
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and cumin seeds, mix, then add palak puree into it
mix the puree with flour, add water gradually until to form soft dough
Make small size dough, roll out thin
In a hot oil, fry the thin palak rolled out dough, fry both sides and strain
Serve hot with kurma
